Question: What kind of standards do you have in cleaning during the Covid-19 Pandemic?

Answer: The cleaning and disinfecting practices we perform are from the CDC. Everything that is handled by us or a customer is first taken to our warehouse, then they are cleaned and disinfected by a technician trained in the processes. After the cleaning process, everything is stored in our clean storage.

Question: Where do you drop off items?

Answer: The delivery driver will unload items within 50' of curbside.

Question: Will your driver delivery items in other locations?

Answer: Yes! The driver can accomadate within reason at their choice depending on time. Additional fees may apply. Please be aware that we will not deliver up or down stairs.

Qustion: Will the driver setup items?

Answer: No, however we do offer set up for an additonal fee, but that must be arranged prior to delivery. Driver's are on a specific schedule and this delay will result in a delay for another person's delivery.

Question: The time we selected on "delivery time", is that the time our items will be delivered?

Answer: Yes and no.
The driver will call you in morning with delivery time. Most of the time, the driver will be there before that time. If the order is for a bounce house, the driver will be at your location at time printed on rental agreement.
